Tagsüber scheint die Sonne direkt ins Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Gegend, die sich mit denkmalgeschützten Jugendstil-Fassaden aus dem 19. Jahrhundert schmückt, die der Zerstörung verschont geblieben sind & ein angenehmes Wohlbefinden bieten.

Nowocześnie urządzony, jasny i przestronny apartament z dwiema sypialniami, bardzo czysty i doskonale wyposażony. Dużym atutem jest balkon otoczony zielenią – idealne miejsce na poranną kawę. Mimo spokojnej okolicy obiekt jest świetnie skomunikowany – zaledwie 2 minuty do przystanku autobusowego i stacji kolei podmiejskiej. W pobliżu znajduje się piekarnia, sklepy oraz – naszym zdaniem – najlepszy kebab w Dreźnie. Właściciel jest niezwykle miły, pomocny i bardzo szybko odpowiada na wiadomości, dzięki czemu kontakt z nim był wzorowy. Jeśli ponownie odwiedzimy Drezno, z przyjemnością zatrzymamy się właśnie tutaj. Warto jedynie pamiętać, że apartament znajduje się na drugim piętrze bez windy. Parkowanie odbywa się przy ulicy, ale bez problemu znaleźliśmy wolne miejsce.
A modern, bright and spacious two-bedroom apartment, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. A lovely balcony surrounded by greenery is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. Although the area is quiet, the location is excellent – just a 2-minute walk to the bus stop and the suburban train station. There is a bakery, shops, and, in our opinion, the best kebab in Dresden nearby. The host is extremely kind, helpful, and quick to respond, making communication easy and pleasant throughout our stay. If we visit Dresden again, we would definitely choose this apartment. The only thing worth mentioning is that the apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift, so it is good to be aware of this in advance. Street parking is available, and we had no trouble finding a parking space.

Łatwy kontakt z właścicielem. Przestronne, duże mieszkanie, ciepła woda, dobry strumień wody pod prysznicem, cicha okolica, łatwe zameldowanie/wymeldowanie. Ekspres do kawy z kapsułkami :) Dobre wyposażenie kuchni. Czysta pościel, ręczniki.
